Schedule
- Remote role (must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas)
- Occasional travel for team meetings or company events
- Pay: $22.00/hour
- Vacation accrual: 15 days per year (monthly accrual)
- Reports to: CGA Team Lead
What You’ll Do
- Receive, log, and process complaints, grievances, and appeals from mail, fax, email, and internal systems
- Triage and categorize incoming cases, prioritizing urgency and regulatory timelines
- Monitor queues and assign cases to the appropriate liaison/team, flagging urgent items fast
- Review and route documents within established SLAs
- Collaborate with specialists and leads to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process issues
- Use internal tools efficiently to track, document, and progress cases
- Escalate incorrect or outdated info in internal knowledge systems to improve accuracy
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer support/service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Foundational understanding of escalations or complaints, grievances, and appeals processes
