Fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment with shifting priorities and tight coordination needs.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews for high-volume roles, managing scheduling logistics end-to-end
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a timely and thoughtful experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently
- Maintain strong ATS hygiene in Greenhouse (data entry, stage movement, notes, reporting integrity)
- Track candidates through the pipeline, flagging delays/risks and driving resolution
- Support offer-related coordination as needed (references, background checks, candidate comms)
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency
What You Need
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or similar recruiting ops role supporting high-volume hiring
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-first mindset
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
- Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.)
- Ownership mindset, especially around data accuracy and follow-through
