What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of security certifications and audits (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, HIPAA, and more) for Foundever AI products
- Build and maintain a certification roadmap across products and geographies
- Review compliance and security reports to confirm requirements are met
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating evidence and documentation delivery
- Partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Cloud, Legal, and Privacy to embed compliance into SDLC and operations
- Produce regular reporting for leadership and AI risk steering committees
- Maintain documentation, controls inventories, evidence repositories, and audit tooling
- Support Sales and Customer Success with security assessments and certification-related responses
- Monitor evolving standards and translate them into actionable internal requirements
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC, or certification program management
- Proven experience running audits/certification programs (ISO 27001/42001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, or similar)
- Strong project management skills leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and technical security controls
- Excellent communication skills translating compliance requirements to engineering and business teams
- Experience managing evidence repositories, compliance documentation, and audit tooling
- Strong interest in AI products and AI-related certifications (ISO 42001)
