Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls
- Troubleshoot basic system issues within financial software
- Guide customers through completing tasks inside the software
- Educate customers on products and solutions that fit their needs
- De-escalate customer concerns using clear, effective communication
What You Need
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
