What You’ll Do
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for the US and Canada
- Build and maintain payroll configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage type attributes, posting, DRM, GL posting)
- Analyze payroll business requirements and deliver integrated solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve integration challenges in a timely, collaborative way
- Optimize payroll processes (gross-to-net, tax reporting, garnishments, third-party remittances, year-end, accruals)
- Run parallel payroll testing and resolve defects and variances
- Maintain environments and deliver technical enhancements, custom operations, rules, and functions
- Monitor system performance and maintain compliance by applying support packs on time
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to management and stakeholders
What You Need
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
- 3–5 years of hands-on, independent SAP Payroll configuration experience
- Experience with US and Canadian payroll legislation
- Experience in at least 1 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation across full lifecycle phases
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
