Schedule
- 80% virtual / 20% onsite (within reasonable driving distance of the Green Valley Datacenter)
- Remote, Ontario (Canada)

- After-hours change requests as needed
- Up to 30% domestic travel
What You’ll Do
- Support enterprise network technologies (VOIP, security, routing, Layer 3 switching, proxy, wireless)
- Provide Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix and client-impacting incidents
- Work assigned tickets from a queue based on priority and SLAs/MTTR expectations
- Design network solutions for deployments and create documentation (Wiki articles, MS Visio diagrams)
- Remediate security vulnerabilities and implement/optimize firewall rules
- Deploy new equipment at call center facilities and data centers
- Contribute to infrastructure designs and assist with annual budget planning for equipment refresh
- Mentor engineers on technology and processes and participate in management/client meetings
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead medium to large projects, including documentation and testing processes
- Strong security experience (firewalls, VPN, IPS, proxy) in networking environments
- Hands-on switching and routing (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus; MPLS WAN technologies)
- Practical experience with BGP, IGP, and OSPF
- Practical understanding of VOIP/SIP
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CCNP (voice or security specialization) or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 lbs overhead
