- Remote
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- After training: One shift selected between 8:00am–6:00pm ET, Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Advise participants on plan provisions to support benefit decisions
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone and web correspondence
- Complete transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision
- Document calls with detailed notes in the case management system
- Complete callbacks on time and escalate issues when needed
- Meet timeliness and accuracy standards and follow call center guidelines/metrics
- Review cases, identify case types, and work reports to meet SLAs
- Assist junior employees by answering questions or handling escalations with guidance
- Coordinate benefits, services, and payments with outside providers/vendors
- Explain participant forms and guide customers on how to complete them
- Follow all policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and employment check
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Internet speed test results meeting: 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, ping 175 ms or less
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to modem/router
- Knowledge of pension accounts and strong time management skills (as described for success in the role)
- Must reside in an eligible hiring location (see below)

- Estimated salary range: $35,280 – $44,100 (varies by location, experience, and performance; may include bonus/incentive eligibility).
