What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and day-to-day relationships
- Deliver on-site and off-site assessments and consultative services
- Run ongoing business reviews and customer meetings
- Build strong, credible customer relationships and become a trusted partner
- Become a power user and subject matter expert in Clarify’s platform
- Facilitate customer training on products and solutions
- Project-manage customer workstreams to ensure customers realize value
- Monitor account health to identify risk and proactively reduce renewal/service risk
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to position solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Development) and feed customer insights back into the platform roadmap
What You Need
- 2+ years of progressive customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting, professional services, or customer success (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare provider, payer, and/or life sciences environments
- Strong project management skills (PMP is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills (advanced Excel, SQL, and/or SAS are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
- Customer-first mindset and passion for improving healthcare outcomes
