What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Help customers resolve routine questions and basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
  • Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience on every interaction

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and follow process
  • Home setup:
    • Quiet workspace
    • Desktop/laptop for PC and internet testing
    • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
    • Smartphone
  • Must live in the U.S. with a valid U.S. residence address
