What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and online interactions with customers
- Follow a call flow guide to provide support and move customers toward purchase
- Close sales using prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Build relationships and help retain customers through product knowledge and service
- Track and document customer activity in internal databases/CRM tools
- Offer additional products and services with every sale
- Deliver a professional, upbeat customer experience
What You Need
- 1+ year proven B2B sales experience (quotas, commission, selling products/services)
- Account management experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce mentioned)
- Strong sales fundamentals: relationship building, negotiation, closing
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new tech and tools
- Strong computer navigation skills and general PC knowledge
- Home setup: quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Equipment: desktop/laptop for testing; company computer may be provided but not guaranteed
- Internet: high-speed wired internet required (no hotspots/wireless/satellite)
- Smartphone required
- Must reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address
