- Two shifts available:
- 2:30 PM–11:00 PM EST
- 10:30 AM–7:00 PM EST (Bilingual English/Spanish listed for this shift)
- Heavy phone volume environment
What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound patient calls in a remote call center
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Route/forward calls to other billing departments when needed
- Troubleshoot issues and determine resolutions while following client rules and deadlines
- Follow through on requests, including contacting other parties and sending info via email or fax
- Adhere to HIPAA rules, regulations, and timely filing limits
What You Need
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required for at least one of the shift options)
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel basics)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure and high call volume
- Strong problem-solving: identify issues, ask the right questions, determine solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Punctual, dependable, quick learner, willing to ask questions
- Insurance billing knowledge preferred (training provided)
