US work hours, 20 to 40 hours per week.
Expectation: manage website operations, product listings, inventory coordination, and customer support while supporting promotions and PPC efforts.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day e-commerce site operations to ensure a seamless user experience, including troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance
Optimize product listings with strong descriptions, images, and specs, while applying SEO best practices and using analytics to report on performance
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, while supporting promotions, PPC campaigns, and social engagement to drive sales
What You Need
1+ year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and product or inventory management
Hands-on experience with Shopify plus marketplace platforms like Amazon and eBay, with strong copywriting and editing skills
Comfort with SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics reporting, strong Excel skills, and bonus points for CSS media query knowledge
