- Pay range: $20.00 – $21.96 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Call new and existing specialty pharmacy patients
- Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance programs, billing setup)
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals
- Contact provider offices to obtain missing or required information
- Manage assigned workflow queues and daily task lists
- Accurately document patient details (demographics, allergies, med history, comorbidities, payer info)
- Translate prescription and intake info into the pharmacy dispensing software for order setup
- Support triage of prior authorizations when needed (pharmacist verifies final prescription entry)
- Follow all legal, ethical, and compliance requirements
- Jump in on other pharmacy support duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required based on your state
- Preferred: 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience
- Comfortable with shifting schedules based on department needs
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy under pressure
