Schedule
- Remote (must be able to work EST hours)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract term: 8 months (high likelihood of extension or conversion)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and accelerate customer quotes to support parts fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Coordinate daily with internal teams to hit quote targets and meet customer deadlines
- Drive fulfillment processes across Engineering, Sourcing, Pricing, Factories, and Sales
- Act as the voice of the customer for quote escalations impacting sales targets or delivery
- Support system enhancements and initiatives tied to fulfillment operations
- Track order management performance indicators and maintain strong data quality
- Manage quote data throughout the lifecycle, with emphasis on key dates
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Experience in customer support or related roles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working across a matrixed organization and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM/support tools and Microsoft Office
- SAP experience
