This is a strategy-meets-analytics leadership role for someone who can turn pharmacy data and contract language into a clear, executive-ready story. You’ll own how SmithRx proves value to clients over time, especially around performance versus contract guarantees, and you’ll help shape how “performance accountability” evolves across the business.

- Executive-facing and client-facing collaboration across teams (Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, Proposals, Legal, Clinical Strategy)
- Ongoing work tied to client reporting cycles, retention efforts, and contract guarantee timelines
What You’ll Do
- Lead ongoing client performance analysis so SmithRx’s value is clearly communicated and consistently understood
- Build and maintain a performance assessment playbook to stay ahead of contract guarantees and accountability processes
- Partner with Data Analytics to deeply understand performance drivers and build reporting that increases automation and repeatability
- Support retention efforts by participating in deal and performance assessments
- Work with Sales and Proposals to shape offers that accurately reflect SmithRx value and accountability strategy
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure client agreements align with SmithRx performance accountability approach
- Partner with senior leadership to innovate and evolve performance accountability models across SmithRx and the broader PBM space
- Engage pharmacy consultants and brokers to educate the market on the SmithRx approach and why it improves client outcomes
- Jump in on strategic, cross-functional projects that support growth initiatives
What You Need
- 8+ years in analytical, financial, or strategy roles
- 3+ years in healthcare and/or pharmacy industry roles
- Strong advantage if you have finance, consulting, or startup experience
- Pharmacy consulting experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives, brokers, consultants, and employer clients
- Comfort moving between analytical detail, conceptual frameworks, and crisp storytelling that drives decisions
