Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven RFP/RFI cycles
- RFP off-season typically October–December, with cross-training and internal projects during that period
What You’ll Do
- Manage the RFI/RFP process for templated and portal bids, acting as the central coordinator
- Partner with Proposals and Pricing teams to ensure submissions are complete and on time
- Work with SMEs as needed to gather answers for non-standard questions
- Review and edit drafts to maintain a consistent SmithRx voice and tone
- Keep consultant updates captured in templates and communicated to relevant teams
- Organize opportunity files using Google Workspace and ensure all supporting documents are uploaded
- Track and manage opportunity status in Salesforce as needed
- During off-season, contribute to content refresh and other internal projects
What You Need
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in PBM, software, employee benefits, or healthcare is a plus
- Familiarity with RFP platforms (Ringmaster, Proposal Tech, TrueBid) is a plus
- Clear, concise writing and strong editing instincts
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
- Able to manage multiple workstreams independently with strict deadlines
- Collaborative, low-ego, and effective with lots of different personalities
