What You’ll Do
- Design visuals for blogs, articles, web pages, social media, and email campaigns
- Upload graphic content and manage publishing schedules
- Research design trends through articles, interviews, and videos
- Build design publishing sequences and coordinate timelines for execution
- Partner with content writers to create illustrations and support creative direction
- Test graphics across multiple platforms and formats
- Proof visual materials using layout and design tools
- Contribute new ideas to refresh and improve existing content
- Execute brand-forward visuals that support marketing goals
- Track and coordinate marketing campaign design schedules
- Create video and motion graphics aligned with company branding
- Support general admin and ad hoc creative tasks as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 1+ year of professional experience, with 1–2 years in graphic design preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident communication via phone, email, and messaging
- Strong organization and time management
- Solid command of layout, typography, design fundamentals, and print + web design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and related tools
- A strong portfolio showing both print and digital work
