What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day COB/OHI case processing, ensuring accuracy and SLA performance
- Prioritize, distribute, and monitor workload across your team(s)
- Supervise staff: hiring, training, performance reviews, time off approvals, coaching, and accountability
- Act as primary point of contact for offshore contractors: staffing fit, work assignment, hours approval, training coordination, and issue resolution
- Partner with senior leadership to improve policies, procedures, production strategies, KPIs, and recovery performance
- Use COB expertise to guide investigations, validation, and audit tactics to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CMS, NAIC, state COB guidelines, and HIPAA requirements
- Handle client issues/complaints and drive resolution
- Track trends, identify process breakdowns, and implement improvements that stick
- Maintain strict confidentiality and enforce PHI handling expectations across the team
What You Need
- High school diploma (minimum)
- 5+ years in healthcare/insurance operations, COB, or claims processing
- 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership capacity
- Strong client focus with a track record of hitting results
- Solid problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable managing offshore resources and vendor-related performance
- Ability to work in a standard office environment (extended screen time, keyboard/phone use)

Compensation
- $65,000–$72,000 annually (offer depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity)
