What You’ll Do
• Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals/businesses responsible for the debt
• Identify delinquent accounts, track amounts owed, and record delinquency timelines
• Make outbound and inbound calls to clients to resolve debts owed
• Find solutions to bring loans back to a current status
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly collection goals and metrics
• Follow GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures at all times
What You Need
• 1–2 years of credit/collections experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-minded
• Professional demeanor
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Telemarketing experience with financial products (preferred)
