Schedule
Remote (part-time)
Monday–Friday, 11:00am–4:00pm ET
Must reside in one of these states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NM, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI
Must be available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetings
Workspace requirements: private, secure, distraction-free workspace
Internet speeds: 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up minimum
Work computer equipment provided
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer incoming client support calls and resolve issues professionally
⦁ Respond to email inquiries with clear, accurate guidance
⦁ Join screen-share calls with clients to walk through questions and troubleshooting
⦁ Help align client expectations with the service and identify opportunities for improvement
⦁ Attend regular team meetings focused on improving support quality and workflows
⦁ Stay accessible during your scheduled hours to handle live client needs as they come in
What You Need
⦁ Customer service experience (required)
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Ability to work remotely and stay focused, organized, and responsive
⦁ Comfort learning new software and using a computer daily
⦁ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving instincts
⦁ Team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate and share feedback
