Schedule
Full-time, remote
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern
Remote requirements: private workspace + reliable internet (minimum 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers with questions about FMG products (websites and marketing tools)
  • Provide accurate, timely support via phone and email
  • Handle complex and escalated customer issues and troubleshoot toward resolution
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Advisor Admin, Guru, Slack, and Google Docs to manage tickets and workflows
  • Document customer interactions with detailed notes and next steps
  • Report bugs and platform issues to developers with clear detail
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction
  • Share customer feedback and product insights with management
  • Work a ticket backlog efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on products and updates

What You Need

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure
  • Fast learner who can adapt when tools or processes change
  • Willingness to dig for answers and ask smart questions when needed
  • Comfortable working solo and with a team
  • Consistent customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
  • Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Customer service experience is a plus, not required
  • Ability to work the posted shift and stay accessible during scheduled hours
