Full-time, 100% remote (Work From Home)
Shift options (Eastern Time):
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Internet requirement: High-speed internet (50 Mbps) and Wi-Fi access
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls from customers and complete daily follow-up touchpoint tasks
- Manage conversations confidently and handle objections without losing rapport
- Explain services clearly and accurately to customers
- Navigate computer systems to locate client data and document interactions
- Think on your feet to overcome objections and keep clients engaged
- Maintain a high level of customer service while meeting performance targets
- Build productive working relationships with teammates
What You Need
- Must speak Spanish (required)
- 1–2 years of retention experience
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and procedures
- High-speed internet (50 Mbps) and Wi-Fi access
