Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (USA)
  • Pay: $18.00 to $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Support the care team with day-to-day client/member needs
  • Coordinate member implementation calls with the Care Team Lead
  • Complete ad hoc claims reviews as needed
  • Identify patients utilizing the program, review history, and determine next coverage date
  • Assist patients with enrollment in manufacturer copay assistance programs
  • Maintain a patient database for follow-up, tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor notifications (prior authorizations, rejected/paid claims) and follow up accordingly
  • Make and take calls with client members to ensure copay assistance is processed correctly
  • Handle job duties involving access to protected health information (PHI)
  • Take on other assigned duties as needed

What You Need

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or 2 to 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy or PBM environment
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting to frequent changes and competing demands
