What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with customers behind on loan payments
  • Follow Enova’s call flow to negotiate and set up payment arrangements to bring accounts current
  • Resolve concerns and complex late-payment issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Clearly explain overdue payment impacts and help customers find a path forward
  • Accurately document all interactions, payment plans, and key details in Enova’s system

What You Need

  • 1+ year experience in high-volume debt collections (inbound and outbound), consistently hitting daily call targets
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with active listening and de-escalation techniques
  • Confident negotiator who can follow policy while still sounding human
  • Strong remote-work self-management: time management, schedule adherence, focus, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Quick, logical problem solver who can stay calm when the call gets spicy
