This is a senior, client-facing marketing lead role where you act as the main point of contact for Workforce Go. You’ll own strategy-to-execution across campaigns and projects, manage timelines and budgets, run point in Jira, and coordinate internal shared resources (creative, events, Salesforce admin) to deliver results. You’ll also manage a Content Writer and Marketing Specialist assigned to the account and look for growth/upsell opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary liaison between Workforce Go and the marketing/shared resource teams
  • Build strong relationships with brand leaders and align work to business goals and brand guidelines
  • Plan and deliver marketing projects, sponsored events, and campaigns end-to-end
  • Create and manage project plans in Jira (timelines, budgets, resourcing)
  • Ensure work ships on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Track performance metrics and provide actionable optimization insights
  • Lead strategy development and present concepts, plans, and performance reporting to stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage the Content Writer and Marketing Specialist assigned to Workforce Go
  • Coordinate across creative, events, and Salesforce admin teams; remove roadblocks
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and payment collection; identify upsell/account growth

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years marketing experience (strategy + execution)
  • 5+ years leading a marketing team and working with senior leadership
  • Experience in customer/market research and insights-driven strategy
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools, and CMS (plus)
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
