What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead, coach, and develop Specialists and Sr. Specialists through performance feedback, training, and career support while maintaining strong daily operations and SLA adherence.
⦁ Oversee and resolve complex, high-risk escalations in bankruptcy, foreclosure, mortgage, and probate, serving as the final decision point before senior leadership.
⦁ Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness while partnering cross-functionally (Legal, Compliance, Billing, Collections) to drive process improvements and systemic issue resolution.
What You Need
⦁ 2–5 years of recovery management experience, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and probate.
⦁ Strong leadership and coaching skills with advanced decision-making and problem-solving ability in escalated scenarios.
⦁ Working knowledge of servicing systems, credit bureau platforms (e.g., E-Oscar, DCM), performance metrics/SLA management, and regulatory compliance (including FCRA, bankruptcy procedures, and foreclosure laws).
Benefits
