Role is metrics-driven with daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals and consistent inbound and outbound calling expectations.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Increase collections on outstanding payments within the personal finance department as an individual contributor in the collections process.
⦁ Identify overdue accounts, document delinquency details, and work with customers to find solutions that bring loans to current status.
⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve debts owed while staying compliant with GoodLeap collections policies and procedures.
What You Need
⦁ 1–2 years of direct credit and collections experience with strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales tools.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and team-first mindset.
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office plus strong self-motivation and goal orientation; telemarketing experience with financial products preferred.
