Role is high-volume and task-oriented, requiring strong time management, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across pharmacy partners and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Conduct audits on program builds across adjudication platforms and keep program databases, drug lists, and spreadsheets updated based on business needs.
⦁ Support billing and invoicing by aggregating data and completing routine operations audits and task-level project support.
⦁ Coordinate pharmacy and internal requests by managing inbound emails, executing outreach campaigns, and contacting pharmacies to reprocess claims when needed.
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma.
⦁ 2+ years of experience in healthcare or health systems operations.
⦁ Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with proficiency in Mac, MS Office, and G-Suite; Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM experience is a plus.
