Remote eligible; role supports payroll operations across exempt and hourly employees.
Cross-functional collaboration expected with the People Team, Accounting, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll operations and reporting.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, including timecards, off-cycle payrolls, manual checks, and transactions such as new hires, terminations, deductions, tax changes, and garnishments.
⦁ Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll questions, resolve discrepancies before final transmission, and maintain payroll records for compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
⦁ Support reporting and compliance by preparing journal entries, reconciling payroll-related general ledger accounts monthly, and assisting with audits and payroll process documentation.
What You Need
⦁ 2–4 years of progressive payroll administration experience.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree preferred; FPC or CPP is a plus.
⦁ Strong payroll systems proficiency and Excel skills; Workday experience strongly preferred with multi-state payroll and taxation knowledge highly valued.
