Role requires efficient time management, multitasking, and consistent follow-up with internal teams to keep cases progressing on time.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Monitor workflow and case volume, track delayed cases, update statuses, and ensure timely progression across assigned state(s) and sources.
⦁ Review statewide applicant documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, then submit documentation to appropriate agencies and coordinate updates with support teams.
⦁ Research and interpret criminal record information using electronic court access systems and public record sites, then fulfill, edit, and/or modify results to meet company standards and deliver complete, compliant reports.
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent required.
⦁ 2–4 years of experience in a related role; criminal justice and/or paralegal experience is a plus.
⦁ Intermediate proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong communication skills, high accuracy, and the ability to adapt and manage competing priorities.
