What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage an arbitration caseload, including evaluating provider disputes and determining appropriate client payment offers
⦁ Draft persuasive briefs and offer rationales for arbitration packages in alignment with federal regulations
⦁ Conduct due diligence and research (online, portals, internal applications) to support case analysis and submissions
⦁ Coordinate with other departments to gather the data and documentation needed for IDR packages
⦁ Review and analyze clinical and provider-submitted documentation for moderate to high complexity cases
⦁ Track and meet strict federal filing deadlines and required turnaround times
⦁ Respond quickly to written and verbal communications, logging details and maintaining accurate case records
⦁ Outreach to clients to obtain missing data required for arbitration submissions
⦁ Maintain productivity and quality standards while protecting sensitive information
⦁ Ensure HIPAA compliance and collaborate across teams to drive clean, timely resolutions

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
⦁ 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations
⦁ Strong analytical skills with confident independent decision-making
⦁ Excellent organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
⦁ Proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, changing environment
⦁ Sound business judgment and ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication that’s logical, clear, and concise
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
⦁ Comfort working at a desk for extended periods (standard office environment demands)
