Schedule
- Remote (must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls to customers with past due accounts to resolve delinquency
⦁ Review and research accounts to determine the best resolution path
⦁ Take payments over the phone, including credit card transactions
⦁ Offer hardship and relief options based on company policies
⦁ Aim for “one call” resolutions by using internal tools and resources
⦁ Explain account details like interest, statements, and related questions clearly
⦁ Support overflow call types such as disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy
⦁ Handle light admin and other assigned duties as needed
What You Need
⦁ Associate’s degree in a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
⦁ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet) and solid typing speed
⦁ Confident phone presence with strong written and verbal communication
⦁ Persuasion and negotiation skills, with tact in stressful conversations
⦁ High attention to detail and the ability to stay accurate under deadlines
