- Works cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, AI, and Engineering teams
What You’ll Do
- Curate, analyze, and structure global legal content (caselaw, statutes, regulations) for clarity, relevance, and AI readiness
- Partner with product managers to identify gaps in primary law collections and prioritize backlog for AI caselaw initiatives
- Research and synthesize caselaw across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and consistency for digital products
- Support development of AI-enhanced content features by aligning editorial analysis with user intent and product strategy
- Turn findings into user stories, structured data models, and content specifications for editorial and technical teams
- Test and evaluate AI tools for summarization, classification, enrichment, and quality improvements, then provide feedback
- Troubleshoot complex content/customer issues using expert judgment and AI-assisted analysis
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred (or equivalent law degree)
- 5+ years in legal research, editorial, legal tech, or legal publishing
- Strong grasp of caselaw and editorial/legal content workflows
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear requirements/user stories
- Strong collaboration across product and technical teams (AI/engineering/data science)
- Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Interest in or working knowledge of AI tools/LLMs and prompt-style workflows
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects
- Agile experience is a plus
