Schedule

  • Remote
  • Availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST (flex scheduling within that window)

What You’ll Do

  • Own support for high-priority and VIP clients as the primary point of contact for complex issues
  • Act as the bridge between members and clients when direct client communication is required to resolve cases
  • Set expectations, recommend solutions, and educate clients and participants on plan features and platform navigation
  • Build strong internal partnerships to drive resolutions, identify process improvements, and strengthen retention
  • Analyze VIP account data to spot trends, anticipate needs, and tailor support
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment while following laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in every interaction
  • Document client interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups to meet quality and reporting standards

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Benefits management, claims, insurance, or healthcare experience (required)
  • 2+ years in customer service/client support in a high-volume, complex environment
  • Strong consultative problem-solving and client education skills
  • Clear communication across phone, email, and chat, with professional “VIP-ready” presence
  • Comfort using CRM tools and analyzing account data to guide decisions
  • Strong multitasking and time management in a deadline-driven environment
