  • Remote (contiguous U.S.)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time
  • Some holidays/weekends during peak seasons

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls (200+ per day) to users who requested info
  • Schedule consultations between consumers and financial advisors
  • Guide users using customer service best practices and scripted messaging
  • Log all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Hit or exceed performance metrics (quality + conversion + volume)
  • Escalate recurring user issues and share improvement ideas internally
  • Support additional projects as needed

What You Need

  • 1+ year high-volume outbound call center experience (required)
  • Comfortable in quota-driven environments and conversion goals
  • Strong organization, detail, and time management
  • Ability to adapt quickly based on user and business needs
  • Ability to work seated at a desk and communicate by phone/video
