Schedule
- Full Time, Remote
- Must have a private, secure workspace free from distractions
- Must be accessible during assigned work schedule for regular duties
- Internet requirement: 5 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Lead 1:1 and small group video conference trainings to onboard customers
- Assist with setup and configuration of newly acquired marketing tools
- Host periodic “checkups” to ensure adoption and customer success
- Communicate with clients accurately and on time (email and other channels)
- Set clear expectations throughout the onboarding process
- Support frustrated customers with patience and steady guidance
- Use tools like Salesforce, FMG Suite’s Advisor Admin, Google Suite, and Acuity Scheduling to move customers through onboarding
- Provide feedback to management on onboarding effectiveness and opportunities to improve
What You Need
- Prior customer service or support experience
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Strategic thinking to understand each client’s business and tailor the onboarding experience
- Teaching or training experience preferred
- Experience with HubSpot and video conferencing tools preferred
