What You’ll Do
⦁ Deliver closed loan file inventory to investors based on required bundles and stack delivery guidelines
⦁ Actively manage and follow up on investor delivery timelines and MERS pipeline tasks
⦁ Support Quality Control audits by delivering requested loan files quickly and accurately
⦁ Oversee detitling for manufactured homes tied to Construction and Exception loans
⦁ Image and upload missing documentation into the system of record to complete loan stacks and checklists
⦁ Review agency and investor requirements, confirm overlays, and validate file compliance
⦁ Complete MERS initial registrations and transfers per warehouse, investor, servicer requirements
⦁ Track and codify post-insuring issues to reduce repeat errors and support process improvements
⦁ Escalate trends and issues to leadership for training and communication updates
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED (required)
⦁ 1+ year mortgage experience (required)
⦁ Strong knowledge of closing documentation (required)
⦁ Loan delivery experience (6+ months preferred)
⦁ Familiarity with loan sale requirements across products (Conventional/HAMP, VA, FHA, USDA)
⦁ MERS experience (plus)
⦁ Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication
⦁ Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
⦁ Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Coachability and ability to take direction and absorb training
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to change
