What You’ll Do
⦁ Review assigned pending sales receipt submissions daily and keep throughput consistent
⦁ Maintain high quality while moving quickly to meet the under-24-hour turnaround goal
⦁ Identify and flag suspicious or fraudulent activity to protect program integrity
⦁ Prevent backlogs by managing volume and prioritizing efficiently
⦁ Communicate daily in the client’s Slack channels to clarify discrepancies and surface insights
⦁ Produce accurate reporting tied to review quality, turnaround time, and submission status
What You Need
⦁ Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality
⦁ Ability to balance speed and accuracy under a 24-hour SLA
⦁ Problem-solving mindset and comfort investigating discrepancies
⦁ Clear written and verbal communication
⦁ Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers, perform extensive internet research, and type 45 WPM
⦁ Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM, plus backup device at least i3 level
- Backup equipment functional during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
