What You’ll Do
⦁ Sell enrollment for major Tony Robbins hallmark events like Unleash the Power Within (UPW) and Date With Destiny (DWD)
⦁ Make 50–80+ warm outbound dials per day to interested leads and guide them through the decision process
⦁ Run strong discovery conversations to identify needs, match the right program, and close enrollments
⦁ Maintain consistent follow-up to build and manage a warm-referral book of business
⦁ Deliver a best-in-class client experience from first call through enrollment
⦁ Track performance, protect conversion quality, and improve using key metrics and KPIs
⦁ Sharpen sales tactics through coaching, feedback, and team collaboration
What You’ll Need
⦁ 4+ years of high-ticket inside sales experience in a high-volume, high-conversion environment
⦁ Comfort with heavy outbound calling (100+ calls/day experience preferred) and handling rejection with consistency
⦁ Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
⦁ Confident, people-first communication skills with the ability to connect across backgrounds
⦁ Competitive, team-oriented mindset with drive, coachability, and follow-through
⦁ Genuine alignment with the Tony Robbins mission and enthusiasm for helping others grow
