• Remote (United States)
• Training: 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Mountain Time
• Ongoing schedule options:
• Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm Mountain Time, or
• Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm Mountain Time
• Not available in: AK, ME, Washington DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, MN
What You’ll Do
• Call, email, and text admitted clients to ensure they’re fully enrolled and set up for treatment
• Explain insurance benefits and support completion of financial enrollment steps
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, Clinical)
• Track attendance gaps and proactively outreach to reduce no-shows and drop-off
• Manage client schedules, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Communicate aftercare resources and help families schedule next-step care post-program
• Document accurately and on time, and hit KPIs tied to scheduling, resolution, and client experience
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer support, patient success, or similar client-facing role
• 1–2 years using Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
• 1–2 years using contact center technology
• Comfort with customer financial conversations (health insurance and medical billing knowledge is a strong plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and fast-paced problem solving
• Emotional intelligence and working knowledge of HIPAA
• Proficiency with cloud tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR)
• Work authorization in the U.S. and native or bilingual English proficiency
