What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls plus email, SMS, and chat inquiries
- Use scripts and FAQs, and know when to go off script to solve problems and close the loop
- Identify needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions that move people toward signup
- Own interactions end-to-end, including follow-ups and escalations when needed
- Walk less tech-savvy customers through the signup process and online forms
- Track daily issues and actions taken in the database and share patterns with the team
- Use call center insights to recommend process improvements
- Hit weekly/daily targets for service, productivity, quality, and activation outcomes
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in a call center or customer support role
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution chops
- Strong multitasking and time management
- Customer sales experience (this is activation, not just help desk)
- Team-first, mission-driven mindset: empathetic, precise, transparent, results-oriented
