What You’ll Do
- Own the candidate journey from first contact through offer, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage candidates end-to-end in Greenhouse and keep stages moving quickly and cleanly
- Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies
- Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and teams
- Drive accountability internally to keep the process smooth for candidates
- Analyze and report on recruiting pipeline to hiring managers (and periodically company-wide)
- Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
- Identify automation opportunities and improve manual processes
- Support recruiters with sourcing activities
- Conduct reference checks for late-stage candidates
What You Need
- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- 1+ year using Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
- Candidate-experience mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner with a process-improvement mindset
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets experience
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, maturity, and sensitivity
