What You’ll Do
- Create talent acquisition strategy with hiring managers (needs analysis, process guidance)
- Source qualified candidates across multiple channels and manage full-cycle recruiting end to end
- Evaluate, interview, and present candidates; gather feedback and refine strategy
- Organize marketing campaigns on job boards, industry sites, and applicant-facing channels
- Maintain external recruiting partner relationships and manage pipelines in an organized way
- Build relationships with key networks to expand the applicant pool
- Meet with candidates to introduce Charlie Health’s model and mission
- Identify new, creative ways to attract and engage talent
What You Need
- 2–5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or large org preferred)
- Proven ability to source, manage interviews, and negotiate offers through close
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Clear communication and ability to build rapport internally and externally
- Strong project management and ability to juggle details in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and native or bilingual English proficiency

- Comprehensive benefits for full-time, exempt employees
- Target base pay: $73,000–$91,000 per year
- Target bonus eligible; target total cash comp (base + bonus): $91,000–$113,000 per year
- Total comp may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits
