What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
⦁ Resolve questions, issues, and concerns with a calm, solution-first approach
⦁ De-escalate tough interactions and escalate when appropriate
⦁ Assist with requests for help and possibly process payments
⦁ Track call and case details for auditing and reporting
⦁ Provide feedback on recurring issues and call trends
⦁ Upsell when required, based on customer needs and program guidelines
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ At least 6 months of customer service experience
⦁ Must be 18 years or older
⦁ Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
⦁ Comfort with Windows-based systems and desktop tools
⦁ Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to take feedback, follow procedures, and work a structured schedule with shift variety
⦁ Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (degree is a plus, not required)
⦁ Internet that meets requirements: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, ping under 50ms, no VPN or mobile/hotspot/satellite connections
⦁ Ability to provide proof of internet speed and maintain a distraction-free workspace
