What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to negotiate delinquent accounts
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to drive the best possible savings
- Oversee client finances and recommend the right strategy for client requests and questions
- Use tools and resources to consolidate common debts across multiple clients to increase negotiation leverage
- Manage account queues with strong time management and multitasking
- Keep a client-first mindset, solving problems with care and urgency
- Support special projects and additional duties as needed
What You Need
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with moving targets
- Team-first mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
- Solid tech skills; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Banking, Actuarial Science, or related)
- Passion for helping people and staying steady when conversations get tense
