Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Eastern
- Pay: $15–$18/hour
What You’ll Do
- Recover medical debt while providing quality customer service and professionalism
- Manage assigned account inventory with integrity and strong work effort
- Follow all company policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain productivity standards across assigned accounts
- Work an auto-dialer for the full shift, handling continuous inbound and outbound calls
- Document all collection activity and respond to verbal/written inquiries accurately
- Maximize recovery of delinquent accounts while staying compliant
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and ability to document activity accurately
- Ability to respond quickly and correctly to patient questions and internal communication
- Comfort working in a high-call-volume environment for a full shift
