- W2 Part-Time
- Minimum 20 hours per week (flexibility required based on team/client needs)
- Not available to candidates in Illinois

What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues for clients in individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions
- Respond to inbound crisis calls with real-time risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning
- Screen risk and collaborate on stabilization plans for clients at risk of harm to self or others
- Serve as a key crisis triage point during group sessions in collaboration with Care Coaches
- Conduct case consults with care team members as needed
- Coordinate closely with therapists, care coaches, and group facilitators to support the client’s plan of care
- Complete documentation in line with compliance standards and Charlie Health best practices
- Support additional care coordination tasks as assigned by clinical leadership
What You Need
- Independently licensed clinician (required)
- Prior crisis experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week with flexible availability
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear, steady communication under pressure
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high-acuity situations
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, EMR)
