Schedule

  • Remote (United States)
  • Shift-based, but this role specifically asks: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm MST
  • Requires comfort with a fast-paced admissions environment and strict timelines

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls
  • Own hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for your team
  • Build schedules and distribute workload to keep operations smooth and responsive
  • Deliver contact center service levels and call quality standards
  • Ensure consistent, timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Help your team resolve concerns and guide each client through the admissions process
  • Partner with internal teams to hit KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement best practices across Admissions and Discharge workflows
  • Report performance updates and insights to executive leadership

What You Need

  • 3–6+ years leading or mentoring Admissions and/or Sales reps
  • Salesforce experience
  • Strong multitasking ability in a high-paced environment
  • Behavioral health experience is a plus
  • HIPAA familiarity is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Benefits

  • Target base salary: $80,000–$95,000/year
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity (targeted)
  • Final pay varies by location, experience, and internal equity
