Midi Health is a comprehensive virtual care clinic dedicated to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and related health challenges. Care is delivered through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and evidence-based prescribing, with a focus on fixing underdiagnosis and undertreatment in midlife hormone-related care.
Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours/week (exempt)
• Remote (United States)
• Monday–Friday, fixed shift (must consistently work one):
⦁ 6:00 AM–2:30 PM PST
⦁ 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST
⦁ 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST
What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage and triage a high-volume EHR inbox for a large patient population
⦁ Perform clinical triage to assess symptoms, urgency, and next steps
⦁ Apply clinical protocols and practice guidelines to patient questions and care decisions
⦁ Create and implement RN-scope clinical practice guidelines in collaboration with the team
⦁ Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and clinical questions
⦁ Review lab results and diagnostic imaging and flag abnormal findings for provider review (including coverage providers)
⦁ Coordinate care with pharmacies and referral partners, including documentation and prescription follow-up
⦁ Escalate cases to RN visits or MD/NP visits when clinically indicated
⦁ Document all patient interactions and clinical decisions thoroughly in the EHR
⦁ Stay current on Midi/IWC protocols, policies, and workflows tied to the RN role
What You Need
⦁ Active RN license in good standing with licensure in at least one of these states: CA, IL, MN, or NY
⦁ Active multi-state RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
⦁ BSN required
⦁ 5+ years triage nursing experience
⦁ 5+ years women’s health clinical experience focused on midlife care (e.g., gynecology, primary care, internal medicine)
⦁ 5+ years managing high-volume patient care (100+ case escalations per week)
⦁ Strong clinical judgment, protocol discipline, and comfort in a fast-paced virtual environment
⦁ Ability to reliably work one of the required shifts Monday–Friday
