Schedule
• Remote or hybrid (role supports United States-based operations)
• Operations-focused work supporting internal teams and external customers
• Ongoing collaboration across internal partners and occasional coordination with toll agency partners
What You’ll Do
⦁ Process existing customer toll and violations data as needed
⦁ Research and troubleshoot issues, sometimes working with toll agency partners and cross-functional internal teams
⦁ Use Salesforce CRM for internal documentation and customer communications
⦁ Create and update SOPs, including supporting new and evolving processes
⦁ Identify process improvements and share ideas that increase efficiency and accuracy
⦁ Support new account setup and related operational tasks
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
⦁ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
⦁ Excitement for iterative process improvement, innovation, and continuous learning
⦁ Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly
⦁ Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
⦁ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or eagerness to learn fast)
